Michelle Remedios joined Dahl Law Group in 2022 as the Receptionist for the firm. Although born and raised in the state of Yucatan in Mexico, her family is from the Philippines. She is responsible for answering telephones, taking messages, scheduling, and other administrative support functions. Michelle is fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Prior to joining the firm, Michelle worked at Dedicated People, a call center. She began as a Customer Service Representative in 2021 and has experience problem solving and providing callers with assistance regarding their concerns. She has also worked as an Administrative Assistant for both a construction company and a consulting business.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her significant other, family, and friends; and is also very fond of dancing, listening to music, drawing – and any other activity that fulfills her artistic and crafty side!
