Tyler Q. Dahl – Owner & Principal Attorney

Mr. Dahl possesses a high degree of legal expertise and the critical problem solving skills necessary to develop effective, creative solutions to complex legal issues. He is one of less than 100 attorneys in the nation who is also a Certified Tax Coach. He has also successfully completed bilingual legal externships in Central and South America, and is a fluent Spanish-speaker. Mr. Dahl is active in the community as well, serving on boards and staying active with local non-profits.

In his free time, Mr. Dahl enjoys spending his time outdoors hiking and kayaking with his wife and his dog, Heisenberg. Mr. Dahl also enjoys traveling abroad to experience other cultures. Throughout his educational and professional career, he has traveled to and lived in over 10 different countries in Europe and Latin America.

Lucero Serrano – Chief Strategy Officer

Lucero Serrano joined the Law Offices of Tyler Q. Dahl in 2017 as Marketing Manager and Business Development Liaison. In 2019 she became the firm’s first Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Lucero leads and oversees the framework strategies set by the Principal Attorney and executives of the firm, which focus on exceptional customer service, industry-leading legal representation, increasing operational efficiencies, multicultural training and development, market research, and business expansion.

Lucero carries nearly 10 years of experience in community development, logistic strategies, and campaign management and development. She previously worked for the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Consulate General of Mexico in Sacramento, California, as a Community Organizer and Political Liaison. In 2016 she co-founded Young Latinas Aspire, a grassroots 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting education, civic engagement, and access to well-rounded affordable healthcare resources.

Lucero enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and closest friends in her free time. She is a shark advocate and dog lover.

Elliott M. Harry – Associate Attorney

Elliott M. Harry joined the Law Offices of Tyler Q. Dahl in February 2021. He focuses his practice area in Trust and Estate Law and Business Law. Elliott enjoys assisting parties as they navigate the complexities associated with their individual needs and his expertise and calm demeanor are assets to clients. He learned to appreciate the relationship between business law and estate planning through exposure to his family’s cattle business.

Elliott, a Sacramento area native, returned to California after obtaining a bachelors degree in economics from the University of Virginia and graduating from Wake Forest University School of Law. During law school, he worked for the Elder Law Clinic and gained hands on experience assisting local senior citizens with their estate planning needs.  In his free time Elliott enjoys spending time with his family, sampling local wineries, visiting Lake Tahoe, and going on hunting and fishing trips with family and friends.
