Lucero Serrano is the firm’s Chief Operations Officer and has been a key member of the team since 2017. In her current role, Lucero spearheads employee training programs, technology implementation initiatives, and human resources operations. She also leads marketing and business growth planning, while overseeing internal administration to ensure the firm operates with efficiency and excellence.
Central to her leadership is modeling and fostering the firm’s culture—one that emphasizes exceptional client service, teamwork, and professional growth—ensuring every team member performs at their highest potential. Lucero’s strategic oversight continues to shape the firm’s trajectory, aligning operational systems with long-term business goals.
Lucero brings nearly a decade of experience in community development, logistic strategies, and project management. Prior to joining Dahl Law Group, she worked for the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Consulate General of Mexico in Sacramento, California, as a Community Organizer and Political Liaison. She also worked as a mortgage loan officer, where she strengthened her expertise in client relations and financial strategy. In 2016, she co-founded Young Latinas Aspire, a grassroots 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting education, civic engagement, and access to affordable healthcare resources.
Across all her professional roles, Lucero carries her unwavering passion for philanthropy, community advocacy, and service, consistently demonstrating excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and impeccable customer service. Her ability to inspire and connect with people is at the heart of her success in every arena.
Outside the office, Lucero enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and closest friends. She is also a passionate shark advocate and dog lover.
