Thea Alexandra Denosta is the firm’s Front Office Coordinator and often the first person clients connect with when they call or visit. She joined the firm in February 2025 and quickly became a welcoming and reliable part of the team. Thea manages phones, scheduling, and initial client intake, ensuring that every client feels comfortable and supported from the very beginning. In addition, she also helps with day-to-day office needs, making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Before joining the firm, Thea gained over 10 years of experience in customer service and more than 5 years in management. These roles taught her the importance of patience, clear communication, and problem-solving, which she now applies in her work at the firm. Originally from the Philippines, Thea studied two years of Psychology before moving to the United States a little over 10 years ago. She is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Hiligaynon, which allows her to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, Thea enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her husband and daughter. She is also excited to welcome her second child soon
