After listening to your feedback and refining our process, we are thrilled to announce the return of our Flat Fee Billing Model at the Dahl Law Group, now improved for an even better client experience! We are excited to reintroduce this service, ensuring you receive the highest quality legal work with the utmost transparency and value.
Why We’re Bringing It Back
Our Flat Fee Billing Model was initially introduced to provide our clients with a predictable and transparent billing option. Due to popular demand, we are bringing it back with significant improvements. We’ve taken the time to refine our process, enhance the client experience, and ensure the highest quality of legal work.
At Dahl Law Group, we are dedicated to continuously improving our services and ensuring your satisfaction. Our improved Flat Fee Billing Model is designed with your needs in mind, providing exceptional value and a seamless legal experience.
How It Works
Step 1: Initial Consultation You have a legal project you need done. Simply call us to discuss your needs with our staff. Often, you do not need to even speak with an attorney! You can just let our Client Engagement Specialist know the document(s) you need drafted and/or reviewed, how many pages the documents are, and the scope of the project, and we will gather all necessary details to understand your requirements fully.
Step 2: Flat Fee Quotation Based on your project, we will quote you a flat fee. This fee includes all deliverables, a certain number of meetings, and a predetermined number of document revisions. The flat fee always includes unlimited emails (within reason).
Step 3: Engagement Agreement Signing & Payment Once we agree on the scope and limitations (e.g., number of meetings and revisions), you will sign an Engagement Agreement. Upon signing, you will pay the full amount of the predetermined flat fee.
Step 4: Start of Work With the Engagement Agreement in place, our team will begin working on your project. You will not pay anything more than the agreed-upon flat fee, ensuring total cost certainty.
Benefits to You
Cost Certainty
One of the most significant advantages of our flat fee billing model is the certainty it brings to your financial planning. Most hourly law firms will see your retainer deposit as a blank check, leading to unpredictable and often escalating costs. With the flat fee billing model, you know the total cost upfront, enabling you to budget effectively without any surprises or hidden fees. This predictability allows you to plan your finances with confidence, knowing that there will be no unexpected invoices or additional charges beyond the agreed-upon fee.
Transparent Pricing
Transparency in pricing is a cornerstone of our flat fee billing model. Before you engage with us, we will have a detailed discussion to understand the scope of your project fully. Based on this understanding, we will provide a comprehensive flat fee that includes all deliverables, a certain number of meetings, and a set number of document revisions. We will never work outside the scope of our agreement, ensuring that you have complete control over your legal expenses. You can rest assured that there will be no hidden fees or unforeseen costs, giving you peace of mind and financial clarity.
Comprehensive Service
Our flat fee model covers all aspects of the legal services you require, providing a holistic service package that includes all deliverables, meetings, and document revisions. This comprehensive approach ensures that every aspect of your legal needs is addressed without compromising on quality. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional legal work, and our flat fee model allows us to maintain the highest standards of service while providing you with a predictable and manageable cost structure. You can be confident that you are receiving the best possible legal representation, tailored to your specific needs.
Efficiency and Focus
The flat fee billing model promotes efficiency and focus in our work. By setting a predetermined number of meetings and document revisions, we ensure that our collaboration is targeted and productive. This structured approach allows us to set clear deadlines and milestones, ensuring that your legal needs are met promptly and effectively. For example, we can provide the first draft of your documents by a specific date and schedule a follow-up meeting for a final review within a set timeframe. This efficiency not only saves you time but also ensures that your legal matters are resolved swiftly and effectively.
Improved Client Experience
At Dahl Law Group, we are committed to enhancing your experience from start to finish. Based on your feedback, we have refined our flat fee billing model to provide a smoother, more satisfying experience. We believe this model better supports our vision and goal of serving as a trusted advisor for your business and family. By eliminating the need for clients to pay invoices frequently or keep a credit card on file, our administrative team can focus entirely on serving you. This streamlined process allows us to dedicate more time and resources to meeting your legal needs and ensuring your satisfaction.
High-Quality Legal Work
Our commitment to excellence is at the heart of everything we do. Our refined flat fee billing model ensures that you receive the best possible legal work, backed by our unwavering dedication to quality. We have designed this model to provide exceptional value without sacrificing the quality of our services. Whether you need document drafting, legal advice, or comprehensive legal representation, you can trust that our team will deliver the highest standards of work, tailored to your unique requirements.
Please note that while our flat fee billing model covers a wide range of legal services, there are some matters that are not eligible for flat fee billing. For example, if you need assistance with navigating a complex tax matter, we will charge our hourly rate. However, we still offer our Tax Strategy services at a flat fee, ensuring predictability and value in those areas as well.
If you have any questions or would like to learn more about our Flat Fee Billing Model, please do not hesitate to contact us to learn more!
